Se encuentra cerca de la estación JR de Nagano. El personal es muy amable y servicial. La habitación es amplia y limpia. Cerca hay tiendas de conveniencia.

What was the highlight of Island Hotel
An incredbly relaxing stay in the heart of Nagano city.
Okay where do I start: incredible location, 5 mins from Nagano station on foot, maybe less even. Incredible staff, able to converse and engage in English. Although when „uncertainties“ arise there‘s also additional staff able to fluently communicate in English. It was impeccably clean, no smells, no stains, clean bathrooms. Amenities provided. There was also an indoor Onsen and our room was on the 10th floor so we had a good view of Nagano city. There was a 7-11 very close-by as well and the Hotel staff was kind enough to keep our luggage after we checked-out while we went to visit the monkeys in Jigokoudani. Overall an incredible expierence. Definitely would recommend this location!
I think - and this is just being petty - I wished there was a genkan so we could leave our shoes next to the door (we did anyways because that‘s how we were taught).
